6 Months Old!

Derek had his 6 month old dr appt today and everything is going great. His weight percentiles are going down but he's still right on track and he's just a scrawny dude. :) He had his last 3 shots and doesn't have to get anymore until 12 months. Woohoo!

6 month Stats:

15lb 14oz - 21%
26" - 34%

Ah luh yooo

Derek now officially repeats "I love you" or more like "Ah luh yooo" when you say it to him a few times. He said "hello" to Becky this past weekend and sometimes says "hi". I'll try to get it on video soon.

Mommy Guilt

The other day Derek rolled over from his back to his tummy for Grandma D. It's a great milestone for him. I was a little sad that I wasn't the first one to witness this, but I have to remind myself it's his milestone, not mine. Since then I've seen him do it once more at her house but we're still waiting for Daddy to see it.

Moving on up...

To the sippy cup. My big boy likes holding his bottle now so he tested out the sippy cup yesterday. He wasn't a huge fan of the different nipple at first but he caught on pretty quickly. He's growing up so fast.
